Watts Up Solar Ltd t/a K Jones Electrical was founded in 2010,  Kevin's father started his business in 1969 in the wealden area building up his clientele.  In 1987 Kevin was taken on by David as an apprentice and worked for his father for 6 years.  He decided to work elsewhere to gain management experience.  When David semi-retired Kevin took over the business.  Kevin ventured into solar installations in 2008 and continue doing both solar and electrical work to this day.​

Andy joined the company as an apprentice and is a qualified electrician, he particularly specialises in CCTV and Solar installations and is a loyal and valued member of staff.

​

Louis, Kevin's son was taken on as an apprentice in 2014 and works as a qualified electrician, he too is a loyal and valued member of staff.

​

Kevin's sister Sue joined the company in 2015 taking on the administration work and assisting Kevin where required and proves to be valuable to the business.

We are a Christian based company, and we believe in 100% honesty in all we do in running the business.

We make sure all staff are qualified from Administration & Health & Safety to electrical and solar installations.  We believe it is important to our customers and business that we keep up to date with all the latest regulations and training requirements. 

 

We are accredited by NICEIC  

They are the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting and is a well renowned voluntary body that regulates training and works for electrical contractors and firms across the UK.
